JOHN WATERS, JR.
John Waters is a 1975 graduate of the LSU Law Center and has practiced with Bienvenu, Foster, Ryan & O’Bannon ever since. He served as general counsel for Louisiana Citizens from 2005 until 2008. In 2012 he was inducted as a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers, and is a Board Certified Specialist (appellate Practice) by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization. He has been a speaker on torts, trials, insurance and bad faith issues.

DAVID WALLE
New Orleans native, David Walle is a 1973 graduate of Louisiana State University and A. and M. College. After graduating, Mr. Walle joined Bienvenu, Foster, Ryan & O'Bannon. He is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, and served on the Louisiana Supreme Court Committee on Bar Admissions for almost a decade.
